30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unused and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

14-Day Return Policy for Mushroom Growing Kits

For mushroom growing kits, we offer a 14-day return policy for customers who no longer want the item. This policy ensures that you have 14 days after receiving your kit to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unused and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Grow Guarantee:

We guarantee that your kit will grow at least one crop of mushrooms. If your kit fails to produce a crop, we will send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact us at info@smartmushrooms.co.uk for assistance.

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@smartmushrooms.co.uk so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Mushroom grow kits that have been opened or tampered with.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as standard returns: unused, in original packaging, and with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
